It's storming this morning. Huge tree in backyard struck by Lightning, large limb splitting off trunk and suspended by surrounding limbs.
I'm still writing novels - three (3) and two (2) bio's, saved on the cloud, but not publishing anymore. At 74 years old, I don't want to spend the rest of my life marketing new releases. Instead, I'm producing a dinner club for authors with new releases, A Novel Idea, see anovelidea.us. Thet's the website, on Facebook and Instagram as well. Our live performance venues are four in number, Brimstone Restaurant & Tavern in Alpharetta, GA, a suburb of North Atlanta, the Alpharetta and Milton Public Libraries, and Vintage Pizzaria in Dunwoody, GA.
My A Novel Idea team includes 6 published authors, two spouses and three aspiring authors. It's a Not For Profit organization, free admission, and we don't pay the authors or team members It's all voluntary. Most of our author presentations are initial book launches by established authors, debut author book launches, and occasional best seller authors marketing their new releases. Events are one per month.
